I participated okay and i contributed by doing the paper work next time i will try to help in making the whare tapa wha if we do this again

It was challenging when doing the actual work because i didnt know where to go i coped woth the challenge by asking nino to share the work to me i worked well okay because i communicated well with our team mates next time i will try check my emails before asking nino

- Swalllow food witch sends the broken down food/Bolus down our oesophagus

- when bolus is swallowed it is moved down the oesophagus in a wavey motion to prevent the food being pushed back up the process is called peristalsis
